Production schedules, delivery geography, freight charges, and any installation or white-glove service must be confirmed for each quote. The collection does not promise a production or delivery date.

Care instructions depend on the actual materials, finish, and construction of your piece. Ask about care guidance and warranty terms during the quote process, and review all written terms before ordering.
Ordering information.
Pieces shown are portfolio references. Pricing, specifications, dimensions, available options, and product availability require individual confirmation. A saved piece or inquiry is not an order or a reservation.
Payment schedules, deposits, taxes, shipping rules, cancellation terms, returns, and trade terms must be agreed in writing before an order is accepted. No payment information is collected on this site.
Privacy information.
The Craftsman team uses the name, email address, location, and project details you submit to review your inquiry and plan a potential furniture project. Submitted inquiries are retained in our hosted inquiry log. The log is restricted to the site owner. When email forwarding is enabled, Web3Forms processes the submitted details and your browser’s network information to notify neil@craftsmanfurniture.com. Web3Forms retains submission data for up to three years unless deleted earlier or a shorter plan limit applies. Its privacy policy describes its processing and retention. Submitting an inquiry does not create a marketing subscription.
We also store the request time and a technical identifier to prevent duplicate submissions and reduce spam. Saved pieces and project-bag selections are stored only in your browser. Removing a selection from your browser does not delete a previously submitted inquiry. Essential request-security cookies are used for form protection. No analytics or advertising trackers have been added.
